3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, branding, or assets you provide to us.
• Timely review and approve deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Pay all fees associated with the services in a timely manner according to your agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, all materials, designs, code, and strategies created by Freaky Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Freaky Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
